Conversations that will change your life.
Q. How do I know if your services are a good fit for me?

A. I offer a complimentary 30-minute phone consultation so potential clients can learn more about coaching, my professional experience, as well as my coaching style. I will also get an idea of what type of coaching you are interested in, based on your needs and desires.

Q.  How does coaching work? What's the process?

A.  If you decide to move forward after our consultation, we will schedule our first coaching session, called the "Discovery Session." I will send you a contract that goes into detail about the parameters and expectations of a coaching relationship and payment options. I will also send you reflective exercises to help analyze your strengths, values and challenges. Using your responses, we will examine your current situation and determine areas of focus & identify your goals. All coaching conversations are completely confidential and held over the phone. Mutually agreed upon "homework" is assigned between coaching sessions to further progress towards identified goals. At the last session, we will assess progress and determine next steps.

Q. Is coaching affordable?

A. Coaching provides individualized personal and/or professional development that is specific to your goals without leaving the comfort of your home or office. Hiring a coach is much more convenient, affordable and most importantly, RELEVANT, than attending conferences that require travel, hotel stays and conference fees. And because coaching is based on action and accountability, progress towards results is accelerated. That being said, my clients pay between $125 and $300 per month depending on the type of coaching they receive and the frequency of coaching sessions. Depending on each individual's budget, preferences and schedule, coaching sessions may be every 2 weeks, once a month or every 6 weeks.
"I have gained courage - courage to reconnect and repair relationships at both home and work, courage to help others see the very best in themselves, and courage to see the very best in myself.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your positive and shining example!"
